Reports to: Director of Ground Operations
Location: 1616 Fort Myer Drive Suite 1600 Arlington, VA 22209
Salary: $80,000-$94,500 annually​

A. General
​
This is a full-time, FLSA exempt position, that will report to The Director of Ground Operations and will work closely with all other teams within the operations department. The three (3) functional areas are: (1) analysis and integration, and program health management and acquisition support; (2) services that support decision making for the prime contractor, finance department, Operations Officers, Managers and Executives that improve AP/AR efficiency, accountability,
and accuracy; (3) implementation and execution of the systems and services that support lodging/billing services with accurate and capable surveillance and automation.

B. Duties and Responsibilities:
​
• Provides daily QA/QC of the lodging reports from vendors for Kabul, Islamabad, and program related issues to include financial management, risks, issues, opportunities, and contract management.
• Analyzes problems, identifies significant factors, gathers, and interprets pertinent data, and applies established rules and procedures to develop and recommend effective solutions.
• Provides expert level QA/QC within the scope of work, while addressing diverse, complex issues which often cross multiple programs or functional areas.
• Provides the weekly lodging report to finance and updates the lodging master data daily.
• Document and track the reasons why travelers are left behind from their flights.
• Document and track TB suspected travelers and update the weekly lodging report daily.
• Document and track travelers removed by USG and verify their flight status.
• QA/QC the weekly lodging invoices for Kabul and Islamabad
• Create monthly stipend analysis for Islamabad.
• Document and track the Pakistan visa, expiration date and Pakistan visa extension numbers for the travelers who are in Islamabad lodgings.
• Create weekly Accommodations reports to USG.
• Track the traveler’s status in Power BI and Salesforce.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

C. Skills and Qualifications
​
• To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience.
• Proven experience and proficiency with the use of data visualization tools. Power Business Intelligence (BI), Structured query language (SQL), Microsoft Excel
• Proven experience using equations, formulas, statistical tools, and other mathematical methods to analyze and interpret data.
• Proficiency in using statistical programming languages such as Python.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to operate both independently with initiative and with an integrated operations team.
• 3+ years of experience with data collection and cleaning.

Work is performed in the Rosslyn, VA area.
